1. Definitions

• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an agb999 employee, affiliate, or service provider.

2.2 Account Registration Process

When creating an agb999 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian National ID / KTP), date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address.
• Create only one account per person. Multiple accounts (also known as duplicate accounts or multi-accounting) are strictly prohibited. Any player found operating more than one account will have all accounts closed, balances forfeited, and bets voided. This includes attempts to register using family members' or friends' identities.
• Choose a strong password and keep your login credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your username or password with any third party.
• Complete the KYC verification process within 7 days of your first deposit by submitting a clear photo or scan of your Indonesian National ID (KTP), a recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months), and a selfie holding your KTP. Accounts that remain unverified for more than 30 days may be suspended.

2.3 Account Suspension and Termination

agb999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You have provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• You are engaging in money laundering, bonus abuse, collusion, or any form of fraudulent betting activity.
• Your account has been compromised or accessed by unauthorized third parties.

• Your continued use of agb999 Services poses a risk to other players, the integrity of our games, or our business operations.

In the event of account termination, agb999 will return any remaining balance to you via your registered payment method, minus any bonuses, pending bets, or amounts subject to investigation for fraudulent activity. Winnings obtained through violation of these Terms will be forfeited.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

agb999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Indonesian Banks: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia).
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). agb999 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees. Minimum deposit is Rp 50.000. Minimum withdrawal is Rp 100.000. Maximum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 100.000.000, though VIP players may request higher limits by contacting support.

3.2 Deposit Policy

All deposits are credited to your agb999 account instantly, typically within 1–3 minutes of bank or e-wallet confirmation. If your deposit does not appear within 10 minutes, contact our 24/7 support team via live chat with your transaction reference number. You must use a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits (deposits made from an account not in your name) are prohibited and will be returned. Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your account except in cases of duplicate or erroneous transactions confirmed by agb999.

3.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed within 3 minutes during business hours (Monday–Sunday, 24/7 operation including Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri, Independence Day, Nyepi, and Christmas). To request a withdrawal:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified. Unverified accounts are restricted to a maximum cumulative withdrawal of Rp 10.000.000 until KYC documents are approved.
• You must have completed the wagering requirement for any active bonuses. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement (typically 10x to 30x the bonus amount) is met.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and matching the name on your KYC documents. We cannot send funds to third-party accounts.
• For large withdrawals exceeding Rp 50.000.000, agb999 may conduct additional security checks, which can extend processing time to 24–48 hours.

agb999 reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, we will notify you via email and request additional documentation or explanation.

4. Betting Rules and Conduct

4.1 General Betting Principles

All bets placed on agb999 are final and cannot be canceled, edited, or reversed once confirmed. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections, stake amounts, and odds before placing a bet. agb999 is not liable for player errors, including but not limited to selecting the wrong team, entering an incorrect stake, or misunderstanding bet types. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of each game, sport, or betting market before wagering.

4.2 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting (football, basketball, badminton, MotoGP, E-sports), the following rules apply:

• All pre-match bets are settled based on the official result at the end of regular time (90 minutes for football, full-time for other sports) unless the market explicitly includes extra time or penalties.
• Live (in-play) bets are settled based on the score and match status at the time the bet is placed. Odds update in real time, and bets are accepted or rejected automatically based on system latency and significant match events.
• If a match is postponed, suspended, or abandoned before completion, bets will be void and stakes refunded unless the match resumes and is completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time.
• For bandar bola (football bookmaker) markets including Asian Handicap (Voor), Over/Under, and Mix Parlay, refer to the specific market rules displayed on each bet slip. Asian Handicap bets may result in full win, half win, push (stake refunded), half loss, or full loss depending on the handicap line and final score.

4.3 Togel (Lottery) Rules

For togel betting (Togel Singapore, Togel Hong Kong, Togel Sydney, Togel Macau):

• All togel bets must be placed before the official draw cut-off time displayed on the agb999 platform for each market. Bets placed after cut-off are automatically void and stakes refunded.
• Results are based on the official draw numbers published by the respective togel operator (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, etc.). agb999 does not conduct the draws and is not responsible for any delays or disputes with the official operator.
• Payouts are calculated based on the bet type (4D, 3D, 2D, Colok Bebas, Colok Jitu, Tengah Tepi, Shio) and the official payout odds displayed at the time the bet was placed.
• In the rare event of a canceled or voided official draw, all bets on that draw are void and stakes refunded.

4.4 Casino and Slot Rules

For live casino games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo, Dragon Tiger) and slot games:

• All games are provided by licensed third-party game studios (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe) and operate under independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer procedures. agb999 does not control game outcomes.
• Bets are settled based on the result displayed in the game interface. If you experience a technical disconnection during a live casino round or slot spin, the game result is still valid and will be settled according to the official outcome. 4.5 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds:

• Arbitrage betting (placing bets on all possible outcomes across multiple platforms to guarantee profit).
• Bonus abuse (creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, coordinating with other players to manipulate wagering requirements, or any scheme to exploit promotional offers).
• Use of betting bots, automated software, scripts, or any third-party tools designed to place bets, scrape odds, or interfere with platform functionality.
• Collusion with other players in poker, live casino, or any multiplayer game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Knowingly exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system glitches to place bets at incorrect odds or receive unintended payouts.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection, or using agb999 as a payment processing intermediary for illegal transactions.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Slots typically contribute 100% (every Rp 1.000 wagered counts as Rp 1.000 toward the requirement).

5.3 Bonus Expiration and Forfeiture

If the wagering requirement is not completed within the expiration period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it are forfeited and removed from your account.
